What it means
A pipe code, a main pipe or an input name breaks the naming rules: each is a plain snake_case identifier matching [a-z][a-z0-9_]*. A stored name, such as a step's result or batch_as or a PipeBatch's input_item_name, takes the form of an input name, so one that breaks it is this code too, and so is a plain batch_over starting with the reserved prefix _bound_.
What to do
Rename it to a plain snake_case identifier, with no dot and no capital letter, and update every reference to it.
Next steps
A problem carries the step aimed at whoever reads it: the first when its reader is the domain's actor, the method's author, and the second for any other reader.
| Reader | Kind | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| The domain's actor | change_method |
Rename '{name}' to a plain snake_case identifier, then validate the method again. |
| Any other reader | contact_owner |
Ask the method's owner to rename '{name}'. |
